The City of Sheridan Utilities Department mission is to provide excellent customer service while delivering the highest quality, safe, and cost-effective utility services to our community.

The Utilities Division is responsible for providing water, sewer, solid waste disposal and recycling to the City of Sheridan. In order to carry out these tasks, the Division is comprised of several subdivisions, including: Solid Waste, Water Treatment, Utility Services, Wastewater Treatment and Utility Maintenance.

For water, sewer, trash, and recycling service contact Customer Service by phone at (307)674-6483 or in person at City Hall (55 Grinnell Plaza) Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you are experiencing a water outage, water leak, or sewer issue call Utility Maintenance at (307)672-0129 after hours (307) 672-2413
