Connect Sheridan is a free, simple, and intuitive online and mobile application powered by CitySourced technology, that allows residents to identify an issue, create a request and watch it get fixed. Resident can also ask a question, make a comment, or notify city staff of potential problems/concerns and suggest areas of improvement.
Creating a Request is easy! Click Create below and enter an address or point to a spot on the interactive map. Once you’ve entered the location, you can select what type of report you’re sending then simply add a description. You can even upload an image or video.
