City of Sheridan Municipal Court is held on Monday mornings in the Council Chambers on 3rd floor of City Hall, 55 Grinnell Plaza, Sheridan WY. If you have any questions prior to your schedule court day please contact Court Clerk at (307) 672-3188 or Customer Service at (307) 674-6483.

The City of Sheridan Municipal Court is primarily responsible for holding trials and managing jurors, in addition to accepting payment for traffic violations and answering questions regarding citations.

Citations may be paid by mail, by telephone, or in person at City Hall

Payment Type Accepted – Cash, Money Order or Debit/Credit Card. Sorry we do not accept personal checks.

 By Mail

If you choose to pay by mail, please do not send cash. Acceptable form of payment is money order.

Mail the citation and money order in the amount of the fine to:

By Phone

If you wish to pay by phone, please have your citation available for reference before you call. Credit cards are the only form of payment accepted by telephone.
